Short Song Description:
Long Song Description:
God gives Bruce a pep talk as he prepares for his healing, enlightenment and subsequent recovery from Vioxx-induced congestive heart failure.

Picking up from "The Spark of Life," upon rebuilding his Spiral Violet 1 biophysics technology in the trenches, Bruce was intuitively guided to begin swimming training in June of 2006 in order to exemplify and dramatize his emerging recovery from the heart failure. Recent studies have concluded that exercise doesn't help with congestive heart failure. So any results would more likely be from the biophysics treatment. More in the next song, "The Eagle Flies."
Story Behind the Song:
"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done.

Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!"

The Moment of Truth
by Bruce Anderson 2008

You think you're going nowhere Nothing to do,
You're feeling so blue,
With no-one to hold or comfort you,

But this is a moment for just you and me,
Restoring your youth,
The moment of truth,

You given it all away my son,
You've given it all to see my face,
On to the finish of the race,

Now go where the sun sets on the sea,
To spread your new wings and fly away,
To find all the joy beyond today,

Returning to the vision of your youth,
The moment of truth,

You're hidden in the canyon for the last time,
This rhythm and rhyme,
Has helped you to get on down the line,

A train off the tracks though you learned to rely,
On me by and by,
All that I asked was that you try,

To scale up the walls to me my son,
To learn how to walk then how to run,
Now you will fly into the sun,

You've given me everything I asked,
You've conquered your fears at every turn,
Relinquished your ego as it burned,

Returning the vision of your youth,
The moment of truth,
